Mr Gautam Acharyya brings over 30 years of experience in insurance surveying and loss adjusting, with expertise across Marine Cargo & Liability, MCE Projects, Energy, Catastrophic Property Losses, and Financial Lines Claims. He began his career with Survey and Superintending Co. Ltd in 1990 and has since held senior roles including Country Head at African Loss Adjusters (ALA-Tanzania) and Regional Claims Manager (Commercial) at Reliance General Insurance Co. Ltd. He has also represented reputed firms such as TransOceanic S&A, ABSOLUTE, and PROTOCOL, and most recently contributed to national growth and corporate development at Mclarens India. Widely respected for his integrity, pragmatic approach, and collaborative leadership, Mr Acharyya now leads SOTERIA's India operations, focusing on strategic growth, innovation, and service excellence.
Devarajan is a well-accomplished loss adjuster with over thirty years of experience in the insurance industry. Devarajan has handled multi-million dollar industrial/commercial property, business, MBD claims such as [CPM CAR, EAR], liability, and financial lines losses.
R. S. Ravirajan, with his foundational B.Sc. in Physics and a Diploma in Automobile Engineering, is a seasoned Surveyor/Loss Assessor whose career spans over three decades. Licensed in Insurance Surveying since 1990 and a respected Fellow Member of IIISLA, he brings a wealth of practical knowledge to our non-marine loss adjusting services. His expertise, particularly in motor and engineering claims, is integral to delivering precise and fair assessments to our diverse clientele.
S. Jagadeeswaran stands as a pillar of expertise in our team with extensive qualifications including a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and specialized certifications in HVAC and Automobile Engineering. His expertise is honed over 23 years as an Insurance Surveyor and Loss Assessor, licensed by IRDA since 1999. His profound experience is marked by precision in handling complex claims in engineering and various non-marine sectors, ensuring our clients receive proficient and thorough service.
Manoranjan Dash brings over 12 years of experience in the field of General Insurance as a Loss Assessor. In his role, he is responsible for conducting independent surveys and finalising reports for a wide range of clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. His expertise includes handling foreign claims for GET&D India Pvt. Ltd., salvage disposal at optimal rates, valuation and risk inspection of plant, machinery, and property, as well as managing MIS for major clients such as Bharti Airtel, JSPL, JSL, L&T, and Hero Motors. He has also contributed to CAT loss assessments and pre-dispatch inspections.
